The Mural Process

Let’s get things started! Fill out my contact form with some necessary information. Good things to include are: Estimated square footage, photos of the space, timeline, and any other ideas you may have!

Once I have your information from the contact form I will put together a proposal. This will also include details about the design process, pricing based on your details provided, as well as payment terms.

Once you are ready to proceed I will send over an invoice and my standard mural agreement.
In order to proceed, a 50% deposit of the total project amount is required to secure your spot on my calendar, as well as to start the design phase.
Work begins once the contract has been signed, and deposit has been paid.

A creative kickoff call and/or site visit will be scheduled to discuss the creative direction for the mural in more depth.
Based on our conversations, I will put together a moodboard covering various aspects of what comes to mind. We will then review together to make sure we are all in alignment for the vision going forward.
When designing, all projects include two rounds of revisions to the artwork. I will provide a full-color digital design, as well as a mock-up of the design on a photo of your wall. This helps us both to visualize the artwork within the space.

Once the art is approved we will coordinate dates and times to begin painting asap!
